Reporting Concerns

Market Leader, Inc. is committed to honest and ethical business conduct and seeks to promote an environment in which these standards will be maintained. Anyone who has a concern or complaint regarding the company's accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters should promptly report the complaint in writing to the company's counsel and the HouseValues, Inc. Audit Committee. All complaints submitted directly to the company's counsel will be forwarded to the Audit Committee. Communication of these complaints can be submitted:

• Electronically by sending an email to whistleblower@marketleader.com;
  
  
• Confidentially or anonymously by mail (or other means of delivery) to the company's corporate headquarters, addressed to the company's counsel. If the complaint is submitted by mail, the envelope should be marked "Confidential and Private;" or
  
  
• Telephonically or in person to the company's counsel.

The company's counsel will maintain the confidentiality and anonymity of persons making complaints to the fullest extent reasonably practicable within the legitimate needs of law and any ensuing evaluation or investigation.
